Find my PAX
Enhance user experience by enabling a seamless way to locate misplaced PAX devices using Bluetooth technology. "Find My PAX" is a feature designed to address the common issue of misplaced vaping devices. Utilizing Bluetooth technology, we developed a system that allows users to effortlessly locate their device through a user-friendly interface. This project involved end-to-end from feature discovery, activiation, to edge cases around locating/not locating their PAX devices.
Pod Review
Enhance the understanding of vendor satisfaction scores and the variability in pod production and strain qualities to improve product consistency and customer satisfaction. The "Pod Review" feature was developed as an integral component of our user experience to gather insightful feedback directly from users regarding their experiences with different vape pods. Although PAX did not directly oversee the production of vape pods, this feature allowed us to collect valuable data that impacted the overall product experience.
Register Device
Streamline the device registration process as part of the new user onboarding experience, focusing on simplicity and user friendliness. The "Register Device" feature is a critical part of the onboarding process for new PAX device users. Designed to be straightforward and efficient, this feature aims to minimize friction and enhance the initial user experience by quickly integrating users into the PAX ecosystem.
Interface Refresh
Optimize and enhance the user interface by auditing and rearchitecting existing elements based on their functionality and user interaction data. In the Interface Refresh Project, I was tasked with conducting a comprehensive audit of the existing user interface. The goal was to identify areas for improvement and redesign the UI to better meet user needs and enhance overall usability.
Report Missing Strain
Enhance user experience and support operations by developing a feature to handle cases where the PAX device fails to identify a user's pod, ensuring a seamless interaction regardless of connectivity issues. The "Report Missing Strain" feature was designed to address the challenge when a PAX device cannot successfully connect to a user's pod. This feature not only aids our data and support team in troubleshooting and improving the product but also ensures that users have a continuous and complete experience.
